I started McLean the Agency because I kept seeing the same problem: service businesses doing $1M to $25M in revenue, growing fast, but held together with duct tape and spreadsheets. Key processes lived in one person's head. Reporting took 20 hours a week. Nobody could take a vacation without something breaking.
I build the systems that fix that. Full-stack development, AI automation, and operational strategy — not as separate services, but as one integrated engagement. The same person who understands your margin structure is the one writing the code.
Before starting the agency, I spent years building and shipping software for companies across financial services, real estate, and professional services. I've designed CRM architectures, built client reporting pipelines, deployed AI agents, and created internal tools that teams actually use.
How I Work
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what is actually broken. Not what you think you need to build — what is eating your team's time and creating the most drag on your operations.
From there, I map the processes, identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities, and build working systems in weeks, not months. Every tool I build connects to the systems you already use — HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, whatever your stack looks like.
I use Claude API for AI workflows, n8n for automation orchestration, Next.js and React for custom applications, and PostgreSQL for data. Everything is built to be maintained by your team after handoff.

The agency is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. I work with clients nationwide, but there is something valuable about being in the same timezone and available for in-person working sessions when the project calls for it.
